Commander (retired) Henry Jeffreys de Winton Kitcat, O.B.E. (16 June, 1861 – ) served in the Royal Navy and the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Kitcat was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 October, 1895.
Kitcat was placed on the Retired List on 16 June, 1906 with the rank of Commander (retired).
He reverted to the Retired List on 8 July 1919.
