Commander (retired) Richard Herbert Mack, O.B.E. (3 March, 1896 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
The son of Captain Philip Paston[?] Mack, late of the 12th Lancers.[1]
Mack was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 October, 1917.[2]
Having been diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis, Mack was placed on the Retired List as medically unfit on 1 March, 1925 and promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 October, 1925.[3]
Mack was promoted to the rank of Commander on 3 March, 1936.[4]
