SIR James Edward Masterton Smith, K.C.B. (24 August, 1878 – 4 May, 1938) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Career in the Civil Service
On 1 January, 1915, Masterton Smith was appointed a Companion in the Civil Division of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath (C.B.).[1]
Masterton Smith died at his home, 135 Gloucester Place, London, on 4 May, 1938.[2]
