Frank Oswald Lewis was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
Lewis was promoted to Captain on 30 June, 1913.
Captain
Great War
In September 1916, Lewis was made captain of the armoured cruiser King Alfred, remaining with her until June 1917.[1]
He was appointed in command of Bacchante in August, 1917.[2]
