Admiral SIR Edward Buxton Kiddle, K.B.E., C.B., Royal Navy, Retired (2 November, 1866 – 29 April, 1933) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
Kiddle was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1901.[1]
Captain
Kiddle was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1907.[2]
Great War
He was appointed a Naval Aide-de-Camp to King George V on 31 January, 1918, vice Heneage.[3] He was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 28 October, vice Hutton.[4]
Post-War
Kiddle was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 19 July, 1924, vice Hunt.[5] He was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 1 August, 1924,[6] and was advanced to Admiral on the Retired List on 22 February, 1928.[7]
