H.M.S. Harebell was one of twenty-eight Anchusa Class convoy sloops completed for the Royal Navy.
Service
The sloop was re-commissioned on 12 February, 1920 for service as a Fishery Protection Cruiser.[6]
Transferred to Dockyard Control on 24 May, 1937.[7]
