Commander Herbert Owen, D.S.C., R.N., Retired (16 September, 1889 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Owen was appointed in command of the destroyer Laertes on 28 October, 1917.[1]
Owen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1919.[2]
