Captain Hugo Rowland Barnwell Newton, D.S.C. ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Newton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 May, 1936.[1]
Newton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 16 May, 1944.[2]
Newton was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1948.[3]
Newton was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1954.[4]
Retired 11 January, 1964.[5]
