Commander (retired) William Gordon Gerard, (17 July, 1898 – ) served in the Royal Navy. He changed his last name from Goldsmit[?] by deed poll in 1921.
Life & Career
Gerard was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1919.
Gerard was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 June, 1927.
Retired at his own request on 4 November, 1932, Gerard was promoted to the rank of Commander on 17 July, 1938.
