Commander Roland Charlton Allen, (28 March, 1900 – 12 November, 1950) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Allen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 April, 1922.[1]
Allen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 April, 1930[2]
Allen was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1936.[3]
Retired 5 May, 1948.[4]
