Commander (retired) Charles Edward Chapman, Royal Navy (4 September, 1874 – ) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Chapman was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1896.
Having been operated upon for piles and suffered glandular issues, Chapman was retired as unfit on 10 January, 1907. He was promoted to the rank of Commander on 4 September, 1914.
He inquired about employment during the war, but was not called upon. His date of death is illegible in his Service Record.
