Lieutenant Charles Monro Masters, R.N. (17 May, 1866 – 21 August, 1902) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
The son of Reverend J. H. Masters.
Masters was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1888.
