Rear-Admiral Walter Lumsden, C.I.E., C.V.O., D.L., J.P., Retired (16 April, 1865 – 22 November, 1947) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Lumsden was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1900.[1]
