Ernest Walter Kirkby ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Kirkby was appointed Lieutenant in Command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 041 on December, 1909.[1]
Kirkby was appointed in command of the destroyer Zephyr on 21 January, 1914.[2]
In April, 1917, he was appointed in command of the destroyer Torrid.[3]
Kirkby was appointed in command of the submarine Seraph in August, 1920.[4]
