George Louis Downall Gibbs ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Gibbs was appointed in command of the destroyer Scourge on 1 August, 1911.[1]
He was appointed in command of the destroyer Crusader on 16 August, 1914.[2]
