Rear-Admiral (retired) Richard Penrose Humpage, R.N. ( – 2 December, 1919) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Humpage was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 22 October, 1870.
Humpage was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1885.
Humpage was promoted to the rank of Captain on 1 January, 1893.
Humpage was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 13 June, 1901. He was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral (retired) on 16 February, 1905. In 1909-10, he was in the South of France.
