Captain John Stuart Crawford, (24 March, 1900 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
The son of J. Crawford, M.D..
Crawford was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 August, 1920.
Appointed to P31 from 1 November, 1923 and then to Redgauntlet upon her commissioning in early 1925. On 13 August, 1925, he was sent to join H.M.S. Westminster.
Crawford was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 August, 1928.
Crawford was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1934.
Crawford was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1940.
Retired 7 January, 1950.
