Captain Francis James Wylie, (24 September, 1896 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Wylie was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 October, 1917.
Wylie was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 October, 1925.
Wylie was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1930.
Wylie was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1938.
Retired 8 July 1947.
