Lieutenant-Commander Richard Newstead Garnett, (26 May, 1902 – 1 June, 1939) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Garnett was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 September, 1932.[1]

World War II

Garnett died when new submarine H.M.S. Thetis was lost in a diving accident in June, 1939.
