Commander (retired) Ralph Daniel Blyth Haddon, D.S.C. (13 March, 1887 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Greenwich, Haddon listed his mother as his guardian when he joined the Navy.

Haddon was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1908.

Haddon was serving in the armoured cruiser Cumberland the war broke out. He was transferred to the new battleship Revenge on 16 November 1915. Promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1916, he remained in Revenge through the end of the war.

Haddon was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1921.
