Captain (retired) Francis John Jeffery Eliott, (31 January, 1844 – ) served in the Royal Navy. Eliott's middle names are often recorded as "J. J.".
Life & Career
Eliott was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 March, 1865.
Eliott was promoted to the rank of Commander on 24 February, 1877.
Eliott retired at his own request at the rank of Captain on 14 November, 1890.
