Captain William Simon Fraser Macleod, C.V.O., O.B.E., R.N. (2 August, 1888 – 13 January,1 940) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Edinburgh.
Macleod was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 July, 1909.
Macleod was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 July, 1917.
Macleod was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1923.
Macleod was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1931.
