Ernest Edward Lowe, D.S.C., ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Lowe was appointed in command of the destroyer Velox on 9 March, 1914.[1]
On 29 July, 1914, he was appointed in command of the submarine Spiteful.[2]
On 12 December, 1914, he was appointed Lieutenant in Command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 116, remaining in her through the end of the war.[3]
