Captain Charles Gerald Shepherd Eeles, R.N., Retired (10 August, 1853 – 11 April, 1940) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Eeles was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 23 December, 1880.
In 1885, Eeles was awarded the Royal Humane Society's Bronze Medal[1]
Eeles was awarded the Shadwell Testimonial for 1893 for his work in creating drawings of harbours and anchorages in the Pacific.
Eeles was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1895.
Eeles was retired due to age on 10 August, 1903.
Eeles was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1910.
