Admiral Arthur David Ricardo, C.B., Royal Navy, Retired (14 September, 1861 – 11 February, 1931) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.

Life & Career

Ricardo was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 7 March, 1914, vice Rolleston.[1]
