Lieutenant-Commander Eric Arthur Forbes Drought, D.S.C., R.N. ( – 25 February, 1944) served in the Royal Navy.

I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.

Life & Career

Drought was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 June, 1934.[1]

Drought was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 June, 1942.[2]

Drought died in command of the destroyer Mahratta when she was torpedoed and sunk off the coast of Norway by U 990.
