Commander Ernest Duncombe, R.N. (26 October, 1852 – 19 April, 1895) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Duncombe was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 January, 1877.
Duncombe was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1892.
Duncombe was appointed to the Naval Intelligence Department vice Pelly on 15 January, 1894. He died at 90 Barrow Road, Streatham on 19 April, 1895.
