Lieutenant-Commander Reginald James Blakeney Drew (1 June, 1888 – 16 September, 1918) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born on Trafalgar Place in Devonport.

Drew was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 January, 1909.

Drew was appointed to General Craufurd as gunnery officer on 17 June, 1915.

Drew was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 January, 1917.

He was appointed to the monitor H.M.S. Glatton on 20 July, 1918 and died when she was lost to an internal explosion in Dover harbour on 16 September 1918.
