Commander Russell Lister-Kaye, O.B.E., R.N. (27 March, 1887 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Lister-Kaye was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1909.[1]

On 16 May 1912, he passed for signals with 100 of 100 marks. On 21 June 1912, he passed in W/T for Lieut (S) with 315 of 400 marks.[2]

Lister-Kaye was appointed to the battleship Royal Oak on 1 May 1916. He served in her until being appointed to Malaya in January, 1920, being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 April, 1917.[3]

Lister-Kaye was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1923.[4]

Lister-Kaye was placed on the Retired List at his own request upon his relief, which occurred on 3 December, 1926.[5]
