Vincent Lewin Bowring ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Bowring was appointed in command of the destroyer Violet on 14 August, 1913.[1]

He was appointed in command of the battleship Agincourt on 25 June, 1919.[2]
