William Cooper ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

As a gunner, Cooper was appointed to the gunboat Blazer in July, 1912.[1]. He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and given command some time after Lieutenant Edward Davis vacated the position.
