Commander Henry Cecil Carr, R.N. (28 August, 1872 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Carr was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1905.[1]
Carr was appointed in command of the third class protected cruiser Psyche on 16 September, 1911.[2]
