Vice-Admiral (retired) Arthur George Talbot, C.B., D.S.O., R.N. (31 March, 1892 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
The son of land agent George P. Talbot.
Talbot was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 December, 1914.
Talbot was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 December, 1922.
Talbot was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1927.
Talbot was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1934.
World War II
Talbot was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 8 July, 1943.
Talbot was placed on the Retired List and promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral (retired) on 4 January, 1948.
