Lieutenant-Commander (retired) Frederick John Palmer (25 September, 1866 – 7 April, 1946) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Palmer was promoted to the rank of Gunner on 1 April, 1895.[1]

Palmer was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 067 on 1 August, 1914[2] and held this command through 25 March, 1919.

Palmer was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 May, 1916.

Placed on the Retired List on account of age on 25 September, 1921, Palmer was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 May, 1924.
