Admiral (retired) SIR Randolph Stewart Gresham Nicholson, K.B.E., C.B., D.S.O., D.S.C., R.N. (16 December, 1892 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Nicholson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 March, 1916.
Nicholson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 March, 1924.
Nicholson was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1928.

Nicholson was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 8 July, 1943.
Nicholson was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 4 January, 1948.
