H.M.S. Offa was one of one hundred and three destroyers of the "M" class built for the Royal Navy during the Great War.

Service

Upon being completed in August 1916, Offa joined the growing Fourteenth Destroyer Flotilla, which was tasked with screening the Grand Fleet. She would remain with the formation until the end of the war, transferring to the First Destroyer Flotilla in December 1918.

She was reduced to a C. & M. Party at Portsmouth on 24 October, 1919.[6]
