Rear-Admiral Henry Charles Bertram Hulbert, R.N., Retired (2 October, 1852 – 1 March, 1914) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Hulbert was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 October, 1875
Hulbert was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1889.
Hulbert was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1896.
Hulbert was appointed in command of the second class protected cruiser Arrogant in January, 1901.
He was retired at his own request on 7 October, 1903 and was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral (retired) on 17 October, 1906.
