Lieutenant-Commander Charles Victor Solomon Joseph Marsden, (3 August, 1894 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve and the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Having fought in Southampton at the Battle of Jutland, Marsden transferred into the Royal Navy from the R.N.R. in mid 1916.
Marsden was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 3 August, 1917.
Marsden was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 3 August, 1925.
On 16 April 1931, Dunoon was damaged and the Admiralty held Marsden to blame.
