Captain Cyril George Bucknill Coltart (9 May, 1889 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Coltart was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1911.[1]
Coltart was appointed in command of the submarine L 20 on 17 October, 1918.[2]
