H.M.S. Godetia was one of thirty-six Arabis Class sweeping sloops completed for the Royal Navy.

Service

Godetia was commissioned at Devonport on 13 January, 1920.[6]

She completed a refit at Sheerness Royal Dockyard on 11 March, 1927 and returned to service in the North Sea as a fishing patrol boat.[7]
