Commander Edward Stephen Fogarty Fegen, R.N. (8 October, 1891 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Lieutenant Fegen was appointed to the scout cruiser Amphion on 4 February, 1914.[1]
Fegen was appointed Lieutenant in Command of the destroyer Paladin on 24 July, 1917.[2]
