William Cooper ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Cooper was promoted to Gunner on 1 April, 1912[1] and promptly appointed to the gunboat Blazer in July.[2].

He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and given command some time after Lieutenant Edward Davis vacated the position.
