Rear-Admiral Kenneth Harry Litton MacKenzie, R.N. (18 April, 1889 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

MacKenzie was born in Wichita, Kansas. He may be the only American-born British officer from his era (if ever) I have encountered so far!

MacKenzie was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 March, 1910.[1]

MacKenzie was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 March, 1918.[2]

MacKenzie was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1923.[3]

MacKenzie was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1930.[4]

MacKenzie was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 15 January, 1941 and placed on the Retired List the following day.[5]
