Vincent Lewin Bowring ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Bowring was appointed in command of the destroyer Lightning on 30 May, 1903.[1]

Bowring was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1909.[2]

Bowring was appointed in command of the destroyer Violet on 14 August, 1913.[3]

He was appointed in command of the battleship Agincourt on 25 June, 1919.[4]
