Commander (retired) George Cecil Herbert Lawson, R.N. (26 September, 1886 – 18 May, 1939) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Woolwich, the son of Captain F. B. Lawson.
Lawson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 39 June, 1908.
Lawson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 June, 1916.
Lawson was appointed in command of the submarine Salmon on 24 June, 1918.[1]
Post-War
Lawson was promoted to the rank of Commander on 1 November, 1926.
