H.M.S. Stalwart was one of sixty-seven "S" class destroyers built for the Royal Navy as the Great War was ending. She later transferred to the R.A.N. as H.M.A.S. Stalwart.
Service
H.M.S. Stalwart was commissioned into the Royal Australian Navy on 27 January 1920 as H.M.A.S. Stalwart.
Stalwart was re-commissioned at Sydney on 13 July, 1922.[6]
Paid off into "E" Class Reserve at Sydney on 30 November, 1925.[7]
