H.M.S. Starfish was one of sixty-two "R" class destroyers completed for the Royal Navy in 1916-17.

Service

Starfish was damaged in a collision with the Lydiard on 17 October, 1919. Lt. Cdr. George Arthur Scott was placed at fault in the incident.[8]

Starfish completed to Reduced Complement at the Nore on 1 November, 1919.[9]
